Ingredients
- 5 Chicken Breast or 8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
- 1 oz lime juice
- 6 TBSP Maureens Jerk Sauce
- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 6 Bulbs of Garlic -minced
- 1 Large Tomato - diced
- 2 TBSP Soy Sauce
- 1 TBSP Fresh Tyme (or 1 TSP Ground Thyme)
Cooking Instructions:

Place chicken into a shallow dish and squeeze lime juice over the chicken. Stir chicken in jerk sauce and cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Cut onions, garlic and tomatoes.

Top, if desired, with adAdd Chicken and veggies to pan, sprinkle soy sauce, and thyme mix together and bake for 25 mins on 375 degrees. ditional Mayonnaise and serve on whole wheat buns.
